How many crew members will be coming to my home?
We always send at least 2 professional housecleaners to every cleaning service. There will be a walk-through at the end of the service to ensure everything was done properly.
Do you bring your own cleaners and equipment?
Yes, In addition to using our own cleaners, we also bring our own materials an equipment.

Your satisfaction is our Number One Priority. If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please let us know during our walk-through at the end of the service, or call us asap and we will return within 24 hours to remedy the situation.
What types of cleaning products do you use?
We use an ample variety of cleaners, but we also carry organic and non-toxic, plant-based cleaners upon request. However, some cleanings will require a deeper scrub and stain removing solution, for those special cases we use bleach- specifically for areas of the bathrooms.
What if I need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment?
We understand changes in schedule may occur. We just ask that you to please provide us with at least 24 hours notice so we can fill your time-slot.
What if I have pets?
No problem! we love pets, let us know if you have any special instructions for them. If you have shy nervous or pets, you may consider placing them in a separate room while we vacuum and clean the rest of the house.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover) upon a quick phone call, and are now accepting Venmo as well. We always recommend you process the payment after the service has been completed to make sure you are satisfied.
